| Duties and responsibilities: | • Oversees and directs the overall financial operations and processes including accounting, budgetary, audits, tax and other financial planning activities;
• Appraises the organization's financial position and issues periodic reports on organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth
• Controls full asset management functions including insurance matters, capex processes and internal controls
• Works with system management to develop and implement policies and procedures, short- and long-range goals, objectives and plans
• Directs and coordinates the establishment of budget programs
• Provides full financial management information to all stakeholders
• Provides detailed cash management of all cash resources:

| Requirements: | • Master Degree in Finance required, MBA strongly recommended
• CPA is considered as a plus
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge in German is considered as an advantage
• Experience on the same position in Production Company
• Excellent PC skills
• Strong knowledge in the financial and accounting fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High levels of integrity and ethics
