| Duties and responsibilities: |
- Manage the process of After Sales Maintenance(work with clients, services, accessories, spare parts sales)
- Do the warranty and after warranty maintenance
- Manage (planning, organization, control)
- Maintain and exceed customer service levels
- Ensure accurate parts, service and body shop work recording, job costing and invoicing
- Ensure After Sales Department achieves target objectives

| Requirements: |
- You have university degree, preferably in Economics or Engineering
- Previous main dealer experience
- You have service orientation and customer focus, making your customers feel special and inspired
- You are a team player, enjoying working with others in achieving success
- You are initiative, proactive and always on the move
- Excellent command of English is a must, as well as a clean driving license.
