ACE HR Services has recently announced that Martijn van Delden has joined the firm as a HR trainee. Martijn is 22 years old and he is a Psychology graduate from the Erasmus University Rotterdam - a Dutch university, consistently ranked amongst the top 100 leading universities world wide. AIESEC, the world largest student organization, is partnering ACE HR Services and providing young people the opportunity to work abroad, develop leadership and participate in a global learning environment.
“To be working with ACE is really exciting to me, not only because this way I can learn about different tasks that are related to HR, which will help me in my study of Organizational psychology, but also because I will be living in another country” says Martijn, who arrived in Sofia on 9th of April. “So far I’ve enjoyed my time, meeting different people and learning some Bulgarian words. I would describe myself as an interested, open-minded person.”
“We’re delighted to welcome Martijn to the company to assist with our growth. He will be a valuable asset as ACE HR Services moves forward to meet the search and selection needs of our clients” says Ekaterina Ignatova, Managing Partner. “We hope Martijn will add a Western flavor to our team sharing his open-mindedness for everything new, his work approach and perceptions of new things as a challenge, not a stress.”
Through our partnership with AIESEC and intention to continue our traineeship program in future, the ACE team will have the chance to experience different cultures and affiliate with European best practices.
