| Duties and responsibilities: | • Dealing with payroll on monthly basis;
• Maintaining the employees’ files and updates them;
• Dealing with all the administrative procedures and relevant documentation, concerning the appointment, re-appointment and dismissal of company employees;
• Generating and preparing Labor Contracts, Annexes to the Labor Contracts, Orders concerning Internal procedures, work discipline or dismissals;
• Updating the information concerning employees full paid leave and sick leaves;
• To be aware of any changes or alternations, relevant to Labor legislation, Health or Social Insurance
