On the 27-th of March for first time in Bulgaria was introduced one of the most popular business simulation worldwide – Business Game Factory!
In Hilton hotel, Mr. Shawn Graver – executive director of BGF with the kind cooperation of Mr. Borislav Ignatov, managing partner of Soft Skills Solutions and Teambuilding Adventures, guided the presenting of the sensational product of the company in front of limited number of managers from leading companies of the following economy sectors: communications, telecommunications and financial services.

Already in Bulgaria, Business Game Factory in partnership with Soft Skills Solutions will provide opportunity for managers to test and improve their knowledge and abilities online, in present with business representatives all around the world! Business simulation is exceptionally popular and widely approved method of maintaining and developing business acumen as well as implementing the strategic thinking for determining the short term and the long term progress of a company!
After a short introduction and basic characteristics of the business simulation by Mr. Graver all the guests had the opportunity to test the product and to make sure of its practicalness and comprehensiveness. For the purpose of the presenting the guests formed seven teams to everyone of which was “entrusted” a virtual company to run and manage it. Each of the teams was given a detailed information about its company, market and competitors and had the opportunity to make different decisions and actions to develop its market and approach the potential customers. As a result a virtual market was created with seven rival participants on it. Some of the planning and budgeting methods led to extremely positive results and serious advantage over the rivals. The managing actions of all the competitors were generalized and analyzed and each of the competing teams had the opportunity to evaluate its own decisions and the gained results. The first three teams with best financial results after managing their virtual companies for a simulated fiscal year were rewarded on a ceremony.
Thus the most popular in the world business simulation, Business Game Factory, was presented in Bulgaria, and at the same time addressed a serious challenge not only to the presenting guests but to all of the business representatives in Bulgaria!
