| Duties and responsibilities: | Organize and control overall administration activities in the office
Complete follow-up of orders and invoices orders
Work with primary accounting documents
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls
Able to give appropriate advice about the portfolio of the products and services of the company
Organize transport of the products to the clients if it necessary

| Requirements: | Minimum bachelor degree
Excellent Computer literacy
Fluent English
Relevant experience – at least 3 years
Knowledge in Ajur-L is an advantage
Database management skills
Positive and energetic personality
Very high level of independence and initiative
