First Watson Wyatt Forum took place in Sofia on May 8, 2008. The forum was held by Watson Wyatt consultants and with the kind support of Ace Consulting Group and its Consultants. More than 70 companies signed for the Forum. The Forum was under the moto “Trends in the Compensation and Benefits Policies in Bulgaria and CEE”. The HR executives and Compensation & Benefits managers had the chance to meet, discuss and ask Watson Wyatt Consultants about compensation and benefits policies, trends and forecasts. It was a unique opportunity to combine the figures from the Watson Wyatt reports in to global and detailed analyses. The main idea is to make it a place where HR managers, professionals and specialist can meet and discuss their key problems related to the key economical data and its reflection to the labor market, strategies and trends in reward policies, HR challenges and approaches to maximize the survey data and its implementation in corporate reward policies and strategies.
The second part of the Forum was devoted to the Watson Wyatt Global Grading system, benchmark methodology and benchmarking. The workshops ware divided to Pharma industry and General Industry.
It is the first step of Watson Wyatt to expand on Bulgarian market and to present the entire surveys maid for Bulgaria.
