The Position
|

| Challenges and opportunities: | •Prepares all financial reports required by Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation and IAS
•Maintains the overall systems of internal accounting control including reconciling on a monthly basis all major control accounts
• Reviews the monthly build up accruals process and reconciliation at the end of each month
• Reviews the analyses required by company management regarding accounts payable, inventories, cost of manufacturing and COGS
• Review the Balance Sheet Report which includes all month end schedules and reconciliations related to accounts payable (suppliers, advances granted to suppliers, other accrued liabilities and also other accrued taxes), accounts receivable (trade, non-trade), inventories and fixed assets, cash and others
• Participates in implementation of new financial, accounting and reporting policies and procedures

| Profile&Background: | • University degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Chief Accountant
• Experience in production oriented company will be considered as an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of local accounting, tax legislation and IAS
• Profound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
• Fluent English
• Computer literacy (Windows, Word, Excel) and previous experience with ERP systems
• Strong analytical style with attention to detail
• Sense of urgency and results orientation
• Ability to lead and motivate others
