Position:	OFFICE MANAGER IN HR DEPARTMENT

Duties and responsibilities:	• Supervise the work of one receptionist and one fleet officer • Organize and control overall administration activities in the HR department • Maintain full car fleet database ensuring proper documentation for each car and managing all car related costs • Supervise contract execution as defined by the Purchasing Department

Requirements:	• University degree • Relevant experience – at least 1 year • Excellent English, both written and spoken • Positive and energetic personality • Strong focus on details and accuracy
