On Wednesday, 25th of April, ACE HR Services’ consultants presented the company and its business operations at Career Week 2007 – an event organized by Business Club at Sofia University “Kliment Ohridski”. Every day of the Career Week was dedicated to different topic – IT & Communications (Monday), Marketing & Advertising (Tuesday), Consulting Services (Wednesday), FMCG & Trade (Thursday), and Banks & Finance (Friday). A number of leading companies took part in the event including Globul, Mtel, Economedia, Deloitte, Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria, Kraft, Bulbank and many others.

The ACE presentation was divided in two parts. In the beginning Desislava Mihaylova (Sales Manager) talked about the company, its portfolio of services and especially the traineeship programs. In the second part the students were divided in four groups representing a situation at real assessment center. One half of them took the role of candidates, while the other half acted as their assessors. The groups had to get acquainted with an assignment, make a decision by themselves, then discuss them within the group and reach a final decision. The assessors received checklists where they had to score the individual candidate’s performance.

At the end the traineeship programs of Kraft and Heineken were presented briefly to the students who received cans of beer as a present. A special booklet that describes the steps of an actual traineeship program and contains useful tips and suggestions for candidates was provided by ACE HR Services.
