The Position

| Challenges & Opportunities: |
- To plan, organize and administrate all hotel operations
- Supervise and control the operations of the Hotel as efficiently as possible.
- To develop, introduce and follow Hotel policies and procedures.
- To hire and/ or train a qualified staff to produce the highest volume of sales and affect the greatest profit while maintaining a high degree of public satisfaction, confidence and prestige in the service and quality of the hotel.
- To remain competitive in every area and to produce and achieve budgetary goals.
- To supervise and participate in the operations of the hotel in order to achieve the desired sales and profit goals.
- To develop and implement of business strategies to ensure improvements in hotel operations

| Profile & Background: |
- University degree in Tourism or related business area
- Experience at the same or similar position for at least 3-5 years
- Fluent English – written and spoken, second language is an advantage
- Excellent planning, organization and communication skills
- Experience in managing people
- Willingness and ability to travel and work under flexible work time
- Computer literacy, clean Driving License
