Teambuilding AdventuresTM wants to help through a new web site. It was officially launched on 10th of April and is developed in English, powered by IBM Web Content Manager, based on Lotus Notes.
“Our main aim is to communicate three fields of expertise:
• Outdoor Adventure Specialists (sportsmen, alpinists, etc.) – Great Outdoors,
• Organizational Development Specialists (psychologists) – Learn & Develop,
• Event Management Specialists (ad companies, people of art, etc.) – Art & Fun.
When blended in a proper way, these zones produce an amazing, powerful and memorable team building event” says Borislav Ignatov, Managing Partner of ACE Group and President of Teambuilding AdventuresTM.
An “Event Search” button will help the customer find the needed game. The “Resource Center” will answer all questions about team building while visitors can subscribe for a monthly newsletter – Teambuilding Blend. The site is structured around five menu items: Services, Process, Customization, Team, and Clients.

This part offers a variety of tips for building a team in order to improve its productivity and increase participants’ satisfaction. The main sub-groups include ice breakers, problem solving, communication, trust building, assessment tools and others.
