January 31, 2007 (Sofia) – ACE Group announced today that they have entered into a strategic partnership with Business Game Factory Ltd, part of BTS Group, the world leader in business simulations. This partnership will allow ACE Group to become a BGF certified partner and sell BGF business acumen simulation games in Bulgaria.

Every year hundreds of teams from over 50 countries participate in the BGF Business Game Tournament, the world’s greatest and most exciting business game competition, including Ericsson, ABB, Aventis Pharma GmbH, Rolls-Royce, HP, KPMG, Ernst & Young, BP/Castrol, Electrolux, IBM, Fujitsu, Schenker, Volvo, PSA Peugeot Citroen Group, AstraZeneca, Philips and many others.

Learning takes place online, facilitated by ACE Group training support. From start to finish, the training typically takes approximately 15-20 hours, usually spread over 10 weeks of calendar time, including a practice round and four game rounds. Several teams compete against each other in a game division, each team consisting of 3-5 participants. The more diversity in participant backgrounds, perspectives and personalities, the better decisions the team is likely to make.

Elements of the learning process include a high-quality manual, advanced budgeting model for decision-making, sophisticated feedback process covering round-by-round result reports, and deliverables such as educational theme feedbacks on topics of business relevance, and a team-tailored final feedback report of more than ten pages, proactive training support and coaching service.
