ACE HR Services took part in the 7-th International conference organized by the Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association. The conference was held on the 19-th and 20-th of May in Albena under the moto "Value-added human capital management".

The world famous HR experts Michael Armstrong, Martyn Sloman, Dave Ulrich and Marc Luyckx Ghisi were the main lecturers. Managers of leading Bulgarian and international companies, HR practitioners, consultants and academic teachers, working in the HR field, as well as colleagues from other Balkan, Central and Eastern European countries took part in the presentations.

The main problems discussed include what we have to know and do in order to change our organisations and the other managers opinion of us, how we could contribute for the competitiveness, increase our organisations' value and measure this contribution, how to plan strategic measures, forecast the results and present them convinsingly to the rest of the managers in the organisation.
