Company:	Our client, a successful FMCG multinational company, is entering the Bulgarian market. The company has started operations in 1896 and now is one of the biggest producers of dairy products in Europe. With regard to starting business operations in the country, our client is currently looking to recruit:

Position:	SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Ref. No:	SCM 513

Duties and responsibilities:	• Provide leadership and direction to the Supply Chain Team • Find, evaluate and select suppliers • Negotiate long term contracts/agreements • Continually improve levels of customer service • Responsible for maintaining adequate stocking levels for immediate production items and forecasting for future requirements. • Control the shipments from abroad to Bulgaria • Responsible for appropriate storage of materials and chilled distribution system

Requirements:	• University degree in a relevant field • Fluency in English/German is a plus • Advanced PC skills • Senior manager level experience of supply chain responsibility in an FMCG environment – min 5 years • Team player with strong communicative, interpersonal and presentation skills • Good leadership and people management skills • Strong influencing and negotiation skills • Results and improvement driven • Excellent planning and analytical skills
