Wednesday, 14th Nov, Sofia – Sales Academy is unique project for the Bulgarian market, powered by ACE HR Services and Soft Skills Solutions. Fifteen people will be selected to participate and take advantage of the opportunity to become great salesmen and saleswomen. The Sales Academy will last three months and will include five different modules. The participants will receive a salary and performance bonuses during the training.
The first module is called Product Knowledge Training. In two weeks the participants will learn more about the wide variety of products and services, offered by ACE Group companies. Then they will have to pass the first test – 20 minutes presentation of their findings about the products and answer questions. Five people with lowest results will leave the competition. The other ten participants will continue with the second module – CRM Tools and Basic Sales Techniques Training. Then each of them will have a separate product or service to sell and apply what they have already learned in the real world. The last two modules – Advanced Sales Skills Training aligned with Sales Methodologies and Sales Coaching and On-Job Training will run together with the actual selling.
The selection process will include a group assessment interview, practical and psychological assessments. The last step is a final individual interview. The main objective of the selection procedure is to hire people with high motivation and potential for being good salesmen. The successful candidate should have a University degree, excellent English language knowledge, be familiar with MS Office tools & Internet, possess analytical thinking, problem solving, excellent communication and team working skills. In the end of the Sales Academy the participant with best results will win the big prize – a 7-day trip for two persons to Venice, Rome and Florence.
