| Duties and responsibilities: | • Provide assistance to the General Manager in all administrative aspects
• Organize meetings and appointments
• Organize events and provide translation and interpreting at management meetings
• Provide assistance in preparing presentations
• Prepare and maintain adequate filing system for the office of the General Manager
• Maintain fax, internal and external correspondence
• Support of the managing team in organization of meetings and company’s events;

• Excellent command of English;
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office/Internet, Power point)
