| Duties and responsibilities: | • Actively communicate with customers to ensure that payment terms are met
• Follow a credit control process when terms are not met including proactively phoning, emailing and writing to customers
• Run the statement and payment request letters
• May assist the customer in completing initial credit application
• Build relationships with customers
