On 17-th of November at the National Palace of Culture was held the forum "Collaboration for Successful Business", organized by the Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association where ACE HR Services took part with a separate stand. The managers of the leading Bulgarian and international companies were discussing the problems in the human resources management and development.

Interesting subject was the dialogue with the financial and executive positions in an organisation, the role of the HR manager in the overall positioning and market development. The present HR managers are observing clearly the fact that financial and sales managers are recognizing the importance of the human resources. The most often used word at the conference was the word "innovation".

The main problems discussed were the innovative methods in the search and selection process, training and teambuilding, introducing of a new type of mobility, forming of an active dialogue between managers at the horizontal and vertical structure of the organisation.
